Thanks to Bob Mcaninch for the video of Super Batray launch! :-)

Sorry for the lack of videos, but since my hands were so cold, I wasn't able to take a lot of videos that turned out to be somewhat steady.

Also, I would like to thank everyone for helping me prep and fly the Super Batray! I very much appreciate it! I plan to come back in the spring and fly it again, this time dual deploy!

Thanks,

Swap Meet / (Wanted) Dog barf & AT Delay tool
« on: March 09, 2018, 09:07:29 PM »
I would like to borrow a Aero-Tech delay tool for DMS motors.
And, I'm a little short on dog barf, so if someone has some that I can buy that would be great!

I'll be at the launch tomorrow, and I can pick these up.

I have a 38mm hollow plastic nose cone without the shock cord mounting setup. I'll sell it for $5 for pickup.

Email me for details at amazingandrewni@gmail.com

Thanks!

Club Launches / 4-23-2017 Launch Video
« on: April 24, 2017, 04:06:14 PM »
I have edited & published my video of the launch:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4Dz6845v4U&feature=youtu.be

I am REALLY sorry for the TERRIBLE video quality & sound. I picked the wrong camera, the only part of this video I like the most is the pad camera videos! I hope you enjoy the video.
Also, while I'm posting I really want to thank everyone for putting this launch together! And I really enjoyed the launch as well. And to Steve Temple, those burgers were REALLY GOOD!  ;D
So thank you for everything you have done!  ;D
Thanks,

Well, it's coming, and getting closer! The launch is just around the corner. The thing I don't like is the weather for Saturday, it's not looking good. Sunday looks great, but I can't make it on Sunday. So, Let's hope for good weather both days!
Now for the flights, what ya'll planning to fly?
IF I can make it, and the weather is good I plan to make a couple of flights:
Estes Partizon - AT H135, or I205
Estes Dragonite - OLD Estes C5-3
Record Breaker II "The Minute Man" on a F10 to around 6K for the TRA altitude record
Estes Freefall - A8-3
If I can convince my brother to fly his "Crazy Eight" corkscrew rocket, I have an E20 for that, otherwise I'll have to figure out something else. But, if I don't fly a HPR motor in my Estes Partizon, I might fly it on a AT G75M.
And the picture you see is my Minimum Diameter rocket, hopefully going to fly on an F10 to 6K!

And according to TMO's Facebook page, there are some BIG flights planned. So all in all this sounds like it's going to be a good launch!
Thanks,

General Discussion / How did the past launch go?
« on: May 26, 2016, 10:24:31 PM »
How did the last launch go? There has been no launch reports, pictures, videos, etc...
Unfortunately I was unable to make it, so I don't know what the turnout was like.

Club Launches / March 26 launch
« on: March 23, 2016, 05:53:52 PM »
Well, I think I'm going to be able to come, with some motors to burn :P
Maybe - Estes Partizon F or G motor
Maybe - Modified Starlight Flash 24 G37-10 with a PerfectFlite APRA altimeter hoping to get 6,000'
17 year old Estes C5-3 in either Estes Dragonite or the Estes Free fall
(probably not) Estes Super Neon XL with a D12-5 in it (although, I have to make a new fin, it lost one of it's fins.)
So hopefully we will get great weather and a good crowd.
So, What are YOU flying?

13
Club Launches / March 12 launch what are you flying?

General Discussion / October 31st launch what ya'll flying?
« on: October 26, 2015, 10:57:22 AM »
So what are people flying? 1. hopefully the weather will be good. 2. Hopefully because MWP13 is happening this same weekend that doesn't mean low crowds. Here is what I'm flying: (note: I'm not flying anything big at all)
Assuming my older brother is going......
Estes Partizon hopefully AT G53-7FJ
Estes Dragonite on the last 16 year old C5-3
 scratch-built rocket on a b6-4?
Modified Starlight Flash 24 on a Ellis G37-10 to 6500'
(Maybe) Estes Super Neon XL on D12-5?
I have a LOT of E and F motors and more rockets to possibly fly.
That's it folks hope to see Gary, Lee, Jay and the rest of the new TMO
Thanks, Andrew
